Although the Goevernment has halted plans to close these departments in order to review the planned closures, many local people angry that man who came up with plans to cut services is to head the review!! Before the General Election, Brokenshire promised any review of the closure of departments at Queen Mary would be fair but the fact that man who came up with plans to cut services is to head the review simply isn’t fair!!!

This is the biggest local issue in this seat and many people are dissapointed with Brokenshire’s responce thus far.

I think it said that in contrast the Labour, Lib Dem and Green candidates were all local.

Not surprisingly, now that Mr Brokenshire has won convincingly, that passage has gone – though it still (perfectly reasonably) tracks his attempts to get selected in various seats before getting the nomination here.

Perhaps unfairly, I assumed it was a Lib Dem sympathiser who embellished the article, but I suppose it could have been a bitter local Toy.
